After three years as the restaurant’s Chef, Billy Harto purchased Thai Pepper in 1991. The menu was expanded, introducing modern Thai and Indonesian cuisine. In 2007 the restaurant added a street level bar with a complete menu service, focusing more on a tapas style experience.
We believe in preparing our cuisine with the best available ingredients. We don’t use any MSG, GMO, and always use the freshest ingredients can get. Our menu includes many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
