Longtime local Realtors Jeffrey Nagel and Robynne Whitaker founded the firm in 2025 to build a brokerage that reflects their values: expert advice, clear communication, and a genuine love for helping people. They don’t aim to be the biggest real estate brokerage in town, just the best.

Jeffrey and Robynne began working together in 2017 as the NW Real Estate Team. The name came from their last initials but also reflects their appreciation for living and working in our beautiful corner of the Northwest. Today, most of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which they consider the highest compliment.

Most people buy or sell a home only a few times in their lives, and it can feel overwhelming. With strong knowledge of the local market and longstanding relationships throughout the community, Jeffrey and Robynne help clients make confident decisions and connect them with trusted lenders, inspectors, escrow officers, and other professionals along the way.
