Mt Ashland has been providing local mountain fun since 1964. A community owned, non-profit ski area is located just 30 minutes from downtown Ashland and operates from December until April. The highest peak in the Siskiyou's, Mt Ashland’s 7,533-foot summit offers a vertical drop of 1,150 feet with 4 lifts, 22 trails as well as open bowl skiing, spanning over 220 acres.

The ski area operates from Thursday to Monday with twilight skiing until 9 pm on Thursday and Friday evenings. New this season is a $99 Car Load Monday, a Thursday night concert series and a 10 week progressive ski and snowboard program. The recently completed parking lot expansion has increased capacity by 20%.
