Bikes and Bodies is first a bodywork and movement studio dedicated to their client's needs. Whether it is a more clinical approach to relieve restrictions, relaxation to reduce tension and stress from the week, or an emotional or spiritual impasse that requires energy work to help move through a personal challenge, Bikes and Bodies will be there to help guide you.

Why "Bikes" and Bodies?

Bikes and Bodies will grow from its roots as a bodywork and movement studio to include a mobile bicycle repair shop. It will also feature a bicycle rental fleet and dedicated local tours to encourage tourism of the Rogue Valley and promote local businesses.
