About

Founded in 2024 by local citizens concerned by the rising cost of living, Trusted Homes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to housing security in Ashland and the Rogue Valley. We create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities that serve Southern Oregon residents today and for generations to come. Through the Community Land Trust model, we provide the stability and access necessary to build a more diverse, vibrant, and equitable community.

Awards and community contributions:

In partnership with Taylored Elements, the City of Ashland accepted our proposal to build 6-8 permanently affordable homes in the Beach Creek Subdivision. We are also partnered with Edlen Construction on projects with the Ashland School District and the Talent Gateway Project. We are currently also working on a memorandum of understanding with TownMaker's, LLC on their Ashland Mill development. Trusted Homes has been the recipients of grants from The Ford Family Foundation, Jackson Care Connect, City of Ashland Housing Trust Fund, Carpenter Foundation, Roque Valley Council of Governments, among others.
